EXTENSION TO THE 2008-2010 MASTER AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE PICKERINGTON LOCAL BOARD OF EDUCATION AND THE PICKERINGTON EDUCATION ASSOCIATION (OEA/NEA)

All of the provisions of the 2008-2010 Master Agreement, as well as all memoranda of agreement and master agreement appendices between the Pickerington Local Board of Education and the Pickerington Education Association (OEA/NEA), shall continue in full force and effect until the expiration of this contract extension on June 30, 2011. The base salary for July 1, 2010 through June 30, 2011 shall remain the same as the base salary was from July 1, 2009 through June 30, 2010. Negotiations for a successor agreement regarding the new expiration date shall be in accordance with the provisions of Article 4 - PROCEDURES FOR CONDUCTING NEGOTIATIONS and Article 49 - DURATION which is amended below.

ARTICLE 49

DURATION

The terms and conditions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect from midnight July 1, 2008 through midnight, June 30, 2011.

This contract supersedes any policy, rules, regulations or past practices of the District, which may be contrary or inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement.

Negotiations for a successor contract shall commence no later than ninety- (90) calendar days prior to the expiration of the contract.
